From The South
Take US 1 to Exit for Brickell Avenue
Follow along Brickell Avenue to S.E. 10th Street
and turn LEFT (at Ocean Bank Building)
Go to STOP sign at next corner (Brickell Plaza/S.E.1st
Avenue)
Perricone's is located just on the other side
of the STOP sign.
Parking is on the right hand side of the street.
From the North
Take I-95 South to exit for S.W. 7th Street/1B
(exiting from the right) at bottom of ramp, go
to second Stop light and turn LEFT onto S.W. 8th
Street.
Continue on S.W. 8th Street all the way to Brickell
Avenue (approximately 1/3 mile)
Turn RIGHT on Brickell Avenue and continue to
next Street on your Right (S.E.10th Street) go
to STOP sign at next corner (Brickell Plaza /
S.E. 1st Avenue)
Perricone's is located just on the other side
of the Stop sign.
Parking is on the right hand side of the street.
From the West
Go East on S.W.8th Street all the way to Brickell
Avenue
Turn RIGHT on Brickell Avenue and continue to
next street on your Right (S.E. 10th Street)
Go to STOP sign at next corner (Brickell Plaza/S.E.
1st Avenue)

Stop sign.
